This Guidance replaces the previous version and has been updated in light of the provisions of the Children (Scotland) Act 2020. It deals with the practicalities of giving children affected by the FLAGS arbitration process the ability to express their views, if they wish. It also highlights relevant issues in impending changes to the law, including provision around explaining decisions to children.
