We are delighted to launch our new website which has an improved search facility enabling you to readily contact an arbitrator of your choosing and access the basic documents that are required to initiate the arbitration process. You can find some general information about the arbitration process in family law cases in the FAQs section of the site and we hope over time to populate the site with articles that may be of relevance both to individuals considering instructing an arbitrator and arbitrators themselves.
