FLAGS AGM- save the date

Our AGM will take place in Edinburgh on 7th February 2018 at the New Club on Princes Street.
After the AGM there will be an hour and a half of CPD for all FLAGS arbitrators (and others) on 'Barriers to arbitration: what's stopping you?'. The training will go over commonly asked questions and give you the skills and knowledge to be able to respond to some of the issues that people raise, including: how to get an arbitration up and running; the enforceability of awards; selection of arbitrator; costs, and lots more.
